All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, we’ll notify you promptly via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship across the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays outside of our control.


Local Delivery / Pickup

If you are located near our local facility, we may offer pickup or local delivery options.
You can select these options at checkout (if available).


International Shipping

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hookeduppizza.com.
Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
